Andrew S. Nere, CEO

Andrew has been the CEO of Innovative Lease Services since 2001 and is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company, including Investor and Partner Relationships. Prior to his role, Andrew was the VP of Sales (1995 - 2001) where he developed the company's "Vendor-Centric" marketing platform.

Mr. Nere graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Business Administration and Accounting.

Jan Jamison, President

Jan has been the President of Innovative Lease Services since 1992 and is responsible for the operations, documentation and funding departments.

Prior to joining ILS, Jan was Vice President of Richmond American Homes (a subsidiary of MDC Corporation). Her duties included the supervision of both the escrow and closing departments which was later expanded to include sales and marketing responsibilities. Jan was employed by MCD Corporation for ten (10) ears prior to becoming active with ILS in 1992.

Ms. Jamison graduated from Phillips University in Enid, OK with a degree in Physiology and Sociology.

Nora Nere, Vice President - Sales

Nora has been the Vice President of Sales for Innovative Lease Services since 2005. She is responsible for the training and supervising of all sales staff, as well as marketing development and strategies. Prior to her promotion to VP Sales (1998-2005), Nora was head of the Beauty and Tanning Division at Innovative Lease.

Prior to joining ILS, Nora was the National Sales Manager for a large distributor of Beauty and Tanning Equipment in the Midwest.

Daniel Szafran, Controller

Daniel has been with Innovative Lease Services since 2007 where he started as an Accountant. Over the last few years, Daniel has grown into further roles including the oversight of all Information Technologies. Now the Financial Controller, Daniel has a strong background in Accounting as well as over fifteen (15) years of web development and server management. Mr. Szafran brings a knack for problem-solving solutions and an ongoing desire to develop innovative strategies, translating them into a solid operational core.
