Documentation and Funding Coordinator

Full time, Carlsbad, CA

ILS seeks an experienced documentation and funding coordinator. Duties include coordination of all documents with the Lessee and Vendor, Insurance, Vendors Invoices, Title Processing, and Equipment Deliveries, and some light Reception duties.

Experience with the Vision ASP Platform is a big plus. The ideal candidate will have experience with multiple Lenders, Documentation Packages, and Funding requirements. ILS has positions open for the experienced Equipment Leasing Professional that seeks the stability of a 25 year old company with a "make sense" credit philosophy. Our funding products are geared toward app-only (<$75K) and mid-ticket business up to $2.5Million. Our company focuses on Vendor originated business and preference will be given to candidates with that background.
