CEO since 2001, Mr. Nere is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company, including Investor and Partner Relationships. Prior to his role, Andrew was the VP of Sales from 1995 - 2001.
President since 1992, Jan is responsible for the documentation and funding departments.
Jan graduated from Phillips University in Enid, Oklahoma with a degree in Physiology and Sociology.
VP of Operations since September of 2013 and newly running the Credit Department, Nora is responsible for overseeing and organizing all departments' performance for the company.
VP of Sales since September of 2013, Neil is responsible for the training and supervision of all sales staff, marketing development and strategizing for ILS. Neil has been with ILS for 15 years, and prior to Neil's promotion he was the Executive Sales Manager for 4 years.
