Andrew Nere
CEO
Andrew has served as CEO since 2001. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company, including investor and partner relationships. Before becoming CEO, Andrew was the VP of Sales from 1995 to 2001.
Jan Jamison
President
Jan has served as President since 1992. She is manages the documentation and funding departments.

Jan graduated from Phillips University in Enid, Oklahoma with a degree in Physiology and Sociology.
Nora Nere
Executive Vice President
Nora leads company operations and guides strategic growth across all departments. She was VP of Operations from 2013 to 2018, then VP of Sales from 2018 to 2023, helping drive ILS’s expansion. Known for her expertise in both operations and sales, she brings broad leadership experience and commitment to excellence.
